It is with gratitude and devotion that I dedicate this site to my Martial Art Teacher, Suhu Rahardja and his son, Gunawan Raharja, for their precious guidance and initiation to the gift of White Crane Silat, a form of Kung Fu (martial art) of Chinese-Indonesian roots which I embrace as a universal path to cultivate and reach my full potential.

Langitanah, a unique and resourceful Progamme based on Martial Art, is a philosophy with physical expression: the unification of body, mind and spirit allowing the natural unfolding of your true human potential with creative intelligence based on the principles of White Crane Silat. A path of exploring, embodying and living in full spectrum from earth to sky, sophistication to simplicity, fullness to emptiness, action to being -- an integrated way of life for everyone.

Through various modalities (classes, workshops / retreats for women, for mixed groups), my gift of Silat is available.
